“israel” cannot be compared to Denmark, the USA, or Australia (which also stole their land), as “israel’s” timelines, borders, and laws belong to our age—post-UN, in terms of both the timing of the crime and the legislation. This is the reason for the lack of legal legitimacy.

Can you name a country, for example, Denmark, the USA, or the United Kingdom, that would be willing to give 55%, 25%, or even just 10% of their land to the Palestinians or the Jews? Of course not.

But the idea that the West would establish an exclusively Jewish state at the expense of those who already lived there was not only legally correct to reject but also historically.
Most of the Jews who arrived in Palestine had never been there or had any connection to Palestine, aside from their narratives/religion.
So the fact that the West, with funding from the Rothschild family and like-minded individuals, exported people from the 1930s to 1948 into Palestine, mainly from Russia, gives no legal basis to proclaim the right to establish a “state” on someone else’s land in 1948.

So when you “buy” stolen land today within an illegal “israeli” legal framework, made specifically to try to legitimize an illegal act, it does not make you the rightful owner of the land. It merely confirms an abuse of the word law.
That is not how things work in our modern post-1945 legal framework, which includes the UN.
Therefore, the mistake must be corrected. The UN’s decision on the establishment of “israel” was wrong, legally invalid, and is now appealed for reversal.
Jews are not a people with a right to an independent state but a religion spread across the world and, until Jabotinsky’s fascist Zionist project got traction, at best only shared the Torah. Jews had different languages, races, and interpretations of faith.

But this is not a Palestinian problem to solve, but a Western one.
The USA and the United Kingdom had de facto control over the newly established UN in 1948. And in this context, they abused the UN to seek legitimation of both the robbery of Arab land and the establishment of an “israeli state”.
The UN was established precisely to prevent land from being taken from others, which makes it extraordinarily bizarre that one of the UN’s first deeds was to try “legalize” the theft of Palestine.

According to the UN Charter and international law, it is not permitted for the UN to recognize or approve the unlawful conquest or annexation of land. Here are some of the legal frameworks and principles that support this:

- Article 2(4) of the UN Charter: This article prohibits the use of force against a member state’s territorial integrity or political independence, except in cases of self-defense or when the use of force is authorized by the UN Security Council.
- Respect for Sovereignty: The UN operates on the principle of respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states. Any changes to a nation’s borders must occur through peaceful negotiations and with the consent of the parties involved.
- Recognition of Territorial Changes: The UN only recognizes territorial changes that have been made in accordance with international law and with respect for the rights of the affected people. This means that any form of annexation through force or without the consent of the existing state and the international community will not be recognized.
Resolution 181 was adopted by the UN General Assembly on November 29, 1947, with 33 countries voting in favor, 13 against, and 10 abstaining. However, Resolution 181 is illegal within the UN’s own legal framework as outlined above. The fact that 164 out of the UN’s 192 members “recognize Israel” says more about the effectiveness of the “Israeli” terrorist organization’s Hasbara propaganda network than about the world’s ability to adhere to the basic, crystal-clear international laws under the UN framework.
The “israeli” Hasbara network has, unfortunately, taken a strong and effective hold over the world’s politicians, media, financial infrastructure, industry, and transport sector, which is why news and factual censorship have made it an almost insurmountable task to reach voters, who are the only ones capable of stopping this catastrophe peacefully.
The Hasbara network has become so efficient and well-consolidated in the Western world that its affiliations are no longer hidden. Thus, we repeatedly see American politicians pass political approvals of billion-dollar transfers of taxpayer money to the “terrorist organization ‘israel,’” only to see a large portion of these “allocations” returned to AIPAC and other less-known “israeli” Hasbara shadow organizations, after which the money is openly distributed among the very same politicians who previously approved the allocations.
In this way, the Hasbara network has managed to develop a steadily increasing stranglehold on Western politicians, and thereby on the world as a whole, by using the individual countries’ own money to advance “Israeli” influence.
The Hasbara network has demonstrated such an extraordinary power structure that it now controls and manages to paralyze the ICJ (International Court of Justice) and the ICC (International Criminal Court) through its Western political Hasbara members.
This is made clear as the ICJ and ICC declare that there is reasonable suspicion that Israel is committing genocide and issue a request for an international arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Defense Minister Galant for war crimes. However, Western politicians intimidate and persecute ICJ and ICC employees, and the well-justified arrest request for Netanyahu and Galant has now been delayed for three months. It took the ICC just six weeks to issue an arrest warrant for Putin.
This blatant injustice, manipulation, and control over the world’s most important legal institutions will inevitably have consequences for the public’s perception of the supposed impartiality of national courts.
In the context of the Western and Zionist robbery of Palestinian land, threats and bribery were used to gain support from surrounding areas, such as when the USA and the UK agreed with Abdullah I that he would get Transjordan, which is today called Jordan, which of course must be included in the analysis of why the Arab world as a whole denies both history and reality, as all the surrounding countries were effectively created and paid for by the West, such as Saudi Arabia and Iraq in 1932, which is why the conversation about the dissolution of “israel” is also seen as a potential illegitimate stamp on these countries, whch pose a potentially national risk.
This is, of course, also the reason why almost none of the Arab countries have done anything real in response to the ongoing genocide of tens of thousands of civilian Muslims by the US and “israel.”
And this is also why “israeli” military leaders these days hold secret strategic “security” coordination meetings with countries like the UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and others.
The only place where the Arab countries hold the line is by refusing national citizenship to Palestinians, as this would serve to “legalize” the robbery of Palestine and cause the last 78+ years of “israeli” war crimes to fade over time.

Arguing that “israel” is a democracy unfortunately confirms suspicions of fanaticism and a lack of sense of reality, and is akin to trying to convince people that ISIS can apply for EU membership.
Granting people the right to vote does not make it a democracy. And having Arabs in the Knesset is also not equivalent to democracy.
In fact, most young Arabs see their parents as traitors for collaborating with the occupying power, much like how Danes viewed collaborators during World War II.
A democracy is not permeated by apartheid legislation.

- The Nation-State Law One of israel’s quasi-constitutional basic laws. It declares that the right to self-determination in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories “is unique to the Jewish people” and promotes racial segregation and discrimination against Palestinians in the housing sector by instructing the state to promote “the development of Jewish settlement as a national value.”
- The Law of Return Grants Jews from anywhere in the world the right to immigrate to Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories and automatically receive Israeli citizenship. At the same time, Israel denies indigenous Palestinians, who were displaced during and after the establishment of Israel, their legal right to return to their homeland because they are not Jewish, treating Palestinian citizens of the state, who make up over 20% of Israel’s population, as second-class citizens.
- The Admissions Committee Law Allows hundreds of smaller towns to establish “admissions committees” to reject applications from Palestinians, LGBTQ individuals, and others deemed undesirable, based on criteria such as being “unsuitable for the social life of the community… or the social and cultural fabric of the town.”
- The Absentee Property Law and the Land Acquisition Law Gives the israeli government the right to expropriate land and other property belonging to Palestinians who were driven from their homes during the state’s establishment. It is the primary tool Israel uses to steal large amounts of land and private property from Palestinians who were displaced and denied their right to return, including many internally displaced within Israel’s borders.
- The Israel Land Law Another of israel’s quasi-constitutional basic laws. It stipulates that ownership of state land can only be transferred between the government and quasi-state bodies like the Jewish National Fund, which leases land exclusively to Jews. Seventy-three percent of the land in Israel is state-owned. Israel’s discriminatory land policies make it extremely difficult for Palestinians with Israeli citizenship to access land for housing, business, agricultural, or other purposes.
- The Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law Prevents Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza who are married to Palestinian citizens of israel from obtaining residency or citizenship, including those displaced from cities within what became israel in 1948. It forces thousands of Palestinian citizens of Israel to leave the country or live separated from their spouses and families.
- The Nakba Law Prohibits public funding for institutions and organizations involved in commemorating the violent expulsion of three-quarters of all Palestinians during Israel’s establishment as a Jewish-majority state in 1948, known to Palestinians as the “Nakba” (“catastrophe”).

It also seems necessary to clarify some facts about both Israel and the attack on October 7:

What can and must be questioned is whether war crimes occurred during the attack on October 7, which is undoubtedly true.

“Military Order” number 40 of November 25, 1948, was issued by the israeli Central Command to the commander in the Gaza area. It contains the names of the 11 villages, and the order says: ‘Occupy the village, expel all people to Gaza, burn the houses, and demolish the stone houses.
The last group of Palestinians who were pushed into the Gaza Strip were those living in the 11 villages, on whose ruins Israel built the settlements that were attacked by Hamas on October 7.

It is naturally a case of selective political memory or lack of knowledge when Western politicians and media are upset that many wish to see Hamas return to power. Hamas actually won the election by referendum, which was undoubtedly a sign of mental fatigue towards Abbas and the others, who most still regard as “israeli” mercenaries.
